Chance auf Erhalt des Hörnervs bei Akustikusneurinom-OP

Guten Morgen, ich hörte fast Shasa einzelnen Patienten (20%) und Neurinom versucht, Sie zu kontaktieren, der Suche nach einem guten Spezialisten in Europa.
Ich besuchte mehrere Chirurgen 20 Monate, seit April 2012 in meinem Fall diagnostiziert wurde. Ich habe der Radiochirurgie, der mikrochirurgischen translabyrinthine und transsigmoidal gesprochen, aber ich sicherlich haben davor gewarnt, dass sollte Schneiden den Hörnerv, und niemand hat mir Hoffnung gegeben, um meinen Hörnerv Neurinom von 3,3 im Durchmesser zu speichern.
Vielen Dank im Voraus und wissen, dass Sie nicht wollen, zu meiner rechten Hörnerv zu 100% funktioniert, alle Chirurgen boggle verlieren.

1: the size of your tumor
2: and the aftermath of the operation: Hearing damage?, Facial nerve affected?, Trigeminal? , Tinnitus?, Balance, etc.?

Ich bin neu hier und spreche etwas Spanisch. Es reicht für ganz einfache Dinge. Nicht für komplizierte medizinische Fragen.

Ich hatte eine andere Operateurin, aber das gleiche Problem. In einem regionalen Krankenhaus wurde mir gesagt, dass mein rechtes Gehör für immer weg sein würde. Das haben meine Eltern nicht akzeptiert und mich in ein Uniklinikum gebracht.

Ich wurde von Frau Prof. Dr. Cordula Matthies in Würzburg "suboccipital" operiert. Teile des Gehörnervs konnten erhalten werden, bei Tumorgröße T4b und Hirnstammkompression. Facialisparese Grad IV. Hör-und Facialis-Nerv erholen sich. Meine OP ist erst 4,5 Monate her. Einige Geräusche höre ich wieder rechts und räumliches Hören geht wieder, Gleichgewicht auch. Trockenes Auge und Kopfschmerzen und Schwindel sind wieder weg.
Wegen der Facialis-Parese war ich zuerst traurig, aber inzwischen genieße ich die Liebe, die ich überall bekomme... Mein Lachen ist gerade eher originell als schön, aber die Leute finden es toll, dass ich trotzdem lache.

I had another doctor, but the same problem. In another hospital doctors said, that I would loose completely forever my right ear. My parents did not accept that and brought me to one of the specialised hospitals.

I have been operated by Mrs. Prof. Dr. Cordula Matthies in Würzburg. She could save the healthy parts of the hearing nerv. Size of Tumor: T4b.
Bell's Palsy (degree IV). Both nerves are recovering. Surgery took place 4,5 monthes ago. I can hear some sounds on my right ear and I hear where noises come from. There are visible improvements in my face. Keeping Balance is possible again, Headaches are not there anymore and my dry eye produces own tears.
First I was sad because of Bell's Palsy. But the people find my original smile fantastic, as I am still laughing....and I enjoy the Extra-Love that I am getting....

in may opinion it is not efficient to search many data / facts. Every patient has different characteristics. The experience of the physicians is decisive. And Professor Samii has the greatest experience of the resection of acusticusneurinoma (AN). I think, nobody of the world has operated AN more than Professor Samii.
Evidently you wish information about him.

My recommendation:
You need statements about your AN, not about AN of other persons.
Send a letter, better an e-mail, to INI Hannover
(info.office@ini-hannover.de), including all your questions, but also including illustrations and other medical results.
The INI is an real international clinic. I am sure, you can write in Spanish, fully sure in English. You will receive/get
an expert/a recommendation.
Ther INI will inform you details as contact, time, cost (INI is a private clinic) and so on.
Later you can decide if you go to INI.

Hello,

i keep looking for the best choice to cure my neurinoma. I saw there are 2 specialists in Germany : Pr M.Tatagiba (Tubingen) and Pr A. Sepehrnia (Bielefeld).
Are they both good hospitals ?
My hope is preserving my auditive and facial nerves after the surgery. Is it possible with those surgeons ?
Has someone in this forum been operated by them ? And what did happen ? Successful ?

who both are expert specialist for AN.
